Produits éligibles aux retours

We accept returns for undamaged, unused products returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return conditions

For a product to be accepted for return, it must meet the following criteria:

Be accompanied by the original invoice or purchase receipt.

Show no signs of use, wear or damage.

Include all accessories and manuals initially provided.

Return procedure

Contact us : Email support@scer.ca with your order number, a product description, and the reason for the return.

Receive authorization :We will review your request and, if accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Ship the product : Return the product to the address indicated in our response. Please make sure to package it carefully to avoid any damage during transport.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

If the product is found to be defective or a processing error is confirmed, we will cover all shipping costs associated with returning and sending a replacement product.

Return processing time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status within 7 to 10 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the product and its packaging to expedite the processing of your claim.
